Jessica Joyner received her Juris Doctor degree from St. Mary’s School of Law in 2007. While attending law school, Jessica participated in law journal and competed on the national level in many trial competitions throughout the United States. During that time, she was named Don Hunt Regional Champion of the National Trial Competition and received an award of outstanding achievement in advocacy.

Throughout her career, Jessica has dedicated herself to remaining on the cutting edge of DWI defense. She has completed the NHTSA/IACP Standardized Field Sobriety Practitioner Course, Instructor Course and DRE Overview Course.

Jessica has tried numerous DWI cases to juries all over Texas, obtaining numerous not guilty verdicts and dismissals in both breath test and blood test cases. She has also taught at many legal educational seminars on the topic of DWI defense.

Jessica is a member of the Texas State Bar and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas.
