Life long resident of Washington State, I grew up in Omak Washington where my father still practices law. Attended Lakeside High School here in Seattle and then completed my undergraduate degree in Los Angeles at USC. Ready to be back in the Northwest after college, I earned my law degree at Gonzaga University in 1995. Moving back to the West side of the state I started my first job at the King County Prosecuting Attorney's office. A great experience that quickly showed me how much I love trial and the practice of criminal law. After a few years I took a job with an amazing attorney out of Bellevue named Susan amini. I worked for Susan for several years running her public defender contract for the City of Bellevue. After getting married and starting a family, I started my own practice and have never looked back. I still feel the passion for the courtroom and our criminal system that first hit me back at the prosecutor's office. We are fortunate to have the rights and privileges afforded to us under the Constitution and to have a legal system that strives to uphold these beliefs.
