Jaime is an experienced criminal defence lawyer at Mor Fisher LLP. In addition to his practice, Jaime oversees the firm’s business operations and staff. Jaime has practiced exclusively criminal defence law since becoming a lawyer. He excels at tackling complex cases and legal issues, and is frequently sought out by other firms to assist with the research and preparation of complex applications. A former director of the Criminal Lawyers Association, Jaime has litigated everything from minor theft charges to overturning a sexual assault conviction at the Ontario Court of Appeal (R. v.
