Attorney Paz has practiced almost exclusively criminal defense for her entire career. While in law school, Attorney Paz interned at the Public Defender’s Office and since admission worked for 5 years at Pattis & Smith in New Haven, where she worked towards successful resolutions for more than 100 defendants in criminal cases in both the Geographical Area courts and Part A ranging from motor vehicle infractions to trials in serious felony cases. She has also written and argued more than a dozen appeals before the Connecticut Appellate Court and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.
