I have lived in Palm Beach County, Florida for more than 30 years, of which I have spent the last 13+ practicing law in West Palm Beach. With a passion for justice, I have always fought for the rights of those entangled with criminal charges in an abusive criminal justice system.

I began my legal career at the Office of the Palm Beach Public Defender, where I was given the unique opportunity of defending thousands of clients with charges ranging from second degree misdemeanors to felonies punishable by mandatory life imprisonment. During that time I invaluable experience and knowledge of the criminal justice system.

Having participated in numerous trials and final violation of probation hearings, I understand the nuisances of the criminal justice system. I have drafted and argued countless motions, specifically, Motions to Suppress and Motions to Dismiss, which have allowed for the charges in most of those cases to be dropped. I have successfully argued to have drugs, firearms, child pornography, and confessions suppressed, as well as various felony criminal charges dismissed, including 2 cases for SELF-DEFENSE, commonly called STAND YOUR GROUND.
