Attorney Xavier Martine grew up in Saint Paul. As a Minnesota native, he has always sought to help others. Xavier served in the United States Navy as a Nuclear Engineer. He then went on to law school at the Mitchell Hamline School of Law and graduated with honors magna cum laude. He participated in Law Review and two Moot Courts. In addition, he served as the President of the Mitchell Hamline Latino Law Student Association.
