Mr. Seidman began his career at the Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office. During his time as an Assistant Prosecutor, Mr. Seidman served in a variety of roles, including: overseeing investigations conducted by county detectives and police officers; acting as a legal adviser and Prosecutor for the Middlesex County Gangs, Guns, and Drugs Task Force; participating in the Special Prosecutions Unit tasked with investigating white collar crime; arguing matters before the Appellate Division; handling forfeiture and expungement matters; and handling hundreds of criminal cases from initial grand jury indictments through plea bargains, trials and sentencing for offenses such as Murder, Drug Distribution, Aggravated Assault, Racketeering (RICO), Eluding, and many others.
