Brent Xavier has been President at The DWI Guy (formerly Anelli Xavier, PC) for the past 10 years. During that time, he has helped bring together many former prosecutors and experienced criminal litigators to form what he believes is the most powerful team of DWI defense lawyers in New York State. His goal is to make sure his team protects clients from the serious consequences of DWI charges by holding the government accountable. Brent Xavier received his B.S. from Cornell University in 1996, and a J.D. from New York Law School in 2006. He was admitted to the New York Bar Association in 2006.
