Benjamin Kim graduated from the University of California, Berkeley in 1991 and received his law degree from Boston University School of Law in 1995. He immediately joined the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office as a Deputy District Attorney and worked as Prosecutor for over ten years handling a wide array of crimes, from Driving While Intoxicated to Murder. Eventually, Mr. Kim was selected to become a member of the Hardcore Gang Unit, a small group of Prosecutors who exclusively handled gang related homicide cases. Mr. Kim opened a private law practice in 2006. His practice is solely limited to criminal defense.
