I have devoted my career to the practice of criminal law and I am honored to fight for my clients everyday. I began my career as a prosecutor and was quickly promoted to the felony division, prosecuting drug cases. While working as a prosecutor, I tried more cases than anyone in our office, and gained valuable insight into the law of search and seizure and the science of drug cases. After working as a prosecutor I was hired at one of Texas' premier criminal defense firms (scheinerlaw.com), working closely with one of the top criminal defense lawyers in the State on thousands of cases, ranging from theft to murder. I have an established track record of obtaining outstanding results for my clients, including dismissals, grand jury "no bills", reduction of charges, and acquittals. I have first chaired over 50 criminal jury trials and am never afraid to go to trial to help my clients. To help my clients charged with DWI or drug offenses, I have also spent hundreds of hours studying the science of breath and blood testing, and have even become certified to administer Standardized Field Sobriety Tests (SFSTs). There is no greater honor than to have someone entrust you with a criminal case and I always promise to do all I can to acheive the best result possible.
