14300 N Northsight, Scottsdale, Arizona
Matt Hilscher was raised in Fort Worth, Texas where he grew up knowing the true meaning of hard work by working for his family’s landscaping company. Matt developed a tremendous amount of compassion while working as a caretaker of underprivileged children during his undergraduate studies at Baylor University in Texas. Matt is a second-career attorney as he led a successful career as a Physician Recruiter with the industry leader firm Merritt, Hawkins and Associates. In that career, Matt counseled executives at hospitals situated in small towns across the country to attract quality doctors to their practices.
Matt's case and trial experience includes First Degree Murder down to simple DUI cases. Throughout law school, Matt held the position of Research Specialist with a well-respected Scottsdale law firm where he specialized in legal writing and research keyed specifically to clients who were facing felony criminal convictions. Community service is a pillar of Matt’s life which is evidenced by an award for excelling in pro bono work serving our community’s underserved during law school. Matt has a unique ability to relate to each client due to his remarkable level of empathy. When Matt tells a client how much he cares about them, he is certainly not merely providing them lip service; he genuinely feels their pain and is invested in their position. While other attorneys tend to detach themselves from their client’s lives, Matt loses sleep regarding our clients’ situations.
