Daniel Baker is a criminal defence lawyer based in Callander, Ontario, representing clients facing criminal charges in Callander and the surrounding area. If you've been charged, contact her office to discuss your situation.
Daniel regularly assist clients in the Ontario Court of Justice and Ontario Superior Court of Justice with charges under the Criminal Code of Canada and the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. He also regularly assists clients with charges under various provincial statutes–including charges under Ontario’s Highway Traffic Act.
Daniel grew up in Ottawa, where he graduated from Carleton University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism and a Bachelor of Art’s Degree in Law. He attended law school at the University of Ottawa, where he focused his studies and his professional work on criminal law.
Daniel hopes to add a human element to a system that can be frightening and confusing to those who find themselves involved in it. He aims to help his clients understand the position they are in with respect to our criminal justice system, and to help them come out of that system as unscathed as possible.
